Let Claude — or any assistant that supports it — use your ActionTraderPro account to search for strategies on its own: run backtests, sweep pairs and timeframes, and check whether what it found holds up.

How to connect itPick the app you use:

1Open Claude and go to Settings.
2Go to Connectors and click Add custom connector.
3Paste the address above and confirm.
4Claude will open ActionTraderPro. Sign in if it asks, and press Approve.
5Back in the chat, enable the connector and ask for something like: "find me a strategy for BTC and ETH on 1h and 4h".

What it can do

· Run backtests over historical data, hundreds at a time
· Sweep parameters, coins and timeframes and rank the results
· Read, save and delete your setups
· Send a setup to paper trading, and stop it

What it cannot do

It cannot trade with real money, connect exchanges or move funds. Going live is always done from here, by you. That is a limit built into the connection, not a setting you could switch on by mistake.

Worth knowing

· Connecting an AI is included in the PRO and ELITE plans.
· It works with your own account, so the AI sees your setups, your backtests and your paper account, and nobody else's.
· The permission lasts ninety days and you can revoke it whenever you want. It only opens backtesting and setups: no AI can reach the rest of your account, even if it tries.
· The first thing to ask it is "what can you do with my ActionTraderPro account?". It will list what it has and suggest where to start.
